These precision-cut Foam Rolls come in 2 sizes:  12" x 5" and 13.5" x 3" in blue or black are designed to perform various support and comfort functions. 

Our Cervical Foam Rolls (in blue) support the neck and cervical spine with firm or gentle support 20" x 3.5") and depending on the condition being treated, can also be tucked not only under the neck, but also the back, knees and ankles to aid in comfortable sleep or help when recuperating from an injury.  The Half Roll (in blue ) offers a more subtle elevation and greater stability (12" x 2.5").
