Problems with an order?
In the event of any questions or problems with your order, or if the product received was defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department via email at support@spineshoppe.com or call 1-480-661-9831 to request a refund or exchange. We will make every effort to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. No refunds will be authorized after 15 days of receipt of the product. All non-defective merchandise will incur a 20% restocking fee.
What if my item is out of stock?
We will email you with an ETA of your product arrival date, or if the product has been discontinued, your order cancellation and refund. If you wish to cancel or change the order, please respond to the email as soon as possible so changes can be made to your order.
How do I check the status of my order?
Upon completion or your order, an email will be sent to you with the information and status or your order. Or email support@spineshoppe.com or call 1-480-661-9831.
Can I order by phone?
Certainly. Call us at (480) 661-9831 anytime Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time. If you reach a recording, please leave a message and we will get back to you.
Can I order by mail or fax?
Yes (US customers only). You may print a copy of our order form, fill it out and mail it to: The Spine Shoppe, 11495 North 109th Street, Scottsdale, Arizona 85259 or fax it at any time to (480) 661-9831. Check the box by your payment choice – you may use a credit card, enclose a check or money order, request a PayPal invoice or use a purchase order.
How do I pay for my order?
To pay with a credit or debit card, click "View Cart" in the upper right corner of any page to begin check out. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal through our secure shopping cart/checkout system. Sales tax of 7.75% will be added if you are shipping to Nevada.
Do you gift wrap?
Sorry, we are not currently able to offer gift wrapping service. However, we do recognize the fact that many orders are shipped directly to gift recipients. Therefore, we never show prices or totals on the forms that are sent with the order*. The buyer's name and billing address appear on the packing slip, so the recipient can see who it is from. (The exception being international orders, in which case, item prices and totals must be shown. )
Can I pay with check or money order?
We accept money orders but not checks; however we cannot process these types of payments through our online shopping cart/checkout system. If you prefer to use a payment method other than a credit card, you may place your order by mail using our printable order form, by phone by calling (480) 661-9831, or email us at orders@spineshoppe.com. The money order must be made out to MDHC Capital Management, LLC. Your order will be processed and shipped once your payment is received and processed. How will my order be shipped?
Orders are carefully packaged and shipped by UPS Ground within 24-48 hours of order placement.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping charges are based on the order amount. Orders over $250 are FREE.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending upon the distance from the shipper. Orders are shipped by UPS Ground and generally arrive within 4 to 10 business days. A UPS tracking number will be emailed to you after your order ships, which may be used to track your package's progress at www.ups.com.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, an order may be canceled if it has not yet been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible as most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours.
